About IFEAT
IFEAT (International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades) is a prestigious global organization in the essential oils and aromatics sector, bringing together more than 770 members from 66 countries, including producers, traders, researchers, and consumer brands. It serves as a key platform for industry-wide networking, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustainable development.
In 2025, the IFEAT Conference will be held for the first time in Gothenburg, Sweden—a historic port city renowned for its commitment to ecological, social, and economic sustainability. The event is expected to attract thousands of delegates worldwide to discuss industry trends, technologies, and business opportunities. According to the IFEAT 2024 Conference Report, more than 1,700 delegates from 64 countries attended the previous edition.
Under the theme “Nordic Nexus”, IFEAT 2025 will focus on key topics such as sustainability and innovation, emerging markets and global trends, regulatory and scientific developments, Nordic perspectives, leadership, and sustainable collaboration. This will be a valuable opportunity for networking, partnerships, and expanding connections in the essential oils and aroma trades sector.
